What I actually do
A bookkeeper records the transactions. A controller makes sure the month is complete, correct, and closed.
You may know this as outsourced accounting, monthly bookkeeping with a CPA behind it, or a fractional controller. I work with small businesses in Yukon, Mustang, and the Oklahoma City metro.
This is monthly accounting for small businesses. It isn't tax preparation, an audit, a compilation, or a review. I work alongside your tax preparer. Payroll and full management reporting are there when you need them.

No. I don't prepare taxes, and I don't do audits, compilations, or reviews. I work alongside your tax preparer.

A CPA. You're hiring me, and the close stays with me.
How fast will I get my numbers?
Your month is closed by the 10th business day after I have your statements. On Platinum, your report goes out with it.
